Call a specialist to your property whenever something needs immediate attention.
All materials from one source
We select, source and deliver the necessary materials. The cost of consumables is added to the invoice upon completion of the work.
Monthly service fee
The service agreement includes a monthly fee that gives you preferential rates and priority scheduling. This fee is invoiced separately and does not include labour, materials, call-out fees or travel costs.
- 25€ + KM per month until 31 December 2026 inclusive.
- 50€ + KM per month from 1 January 2027.
How we work together
- We sign a service agreement for a fixed term and specify the property address.
- When work is needed, you call a handyman to your property.
- We notify you when the work is completed and sign the handover and acceptance certificate.
- We send an invoice. Payment is due within 5 working days.
