Modification of the interior layout, subject to the necessary approvals.
Replacement of electrical wiring, sockets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
Replacement of water supply and sewage pipes.
Preparation and levelling of walls, floors, and ceilings.
Plastering, puttying, and painting works.
Waterproofing and renovation work in bathrooms.
Installation of ceramic tiles, parquet, vinyl, and other floor coverings.

At Ehitus Art Design, every project begins with discussing the client's wishes and inspecting the property. We assess the condition of the premises, discuss technical solutions, and prepare a detailed quotation.
At this stage, it is important to agree not only on the appearance of the future interior but also on the placement of sanitary fixtures, electrical outlets, lighting, furniture, and equipment.
This approach allows us to plan the sequence of work in advance and reduce the risk of costly changes during the renovation process.

Enne remondi alustamist koostame hinnapakkumise, et tellijal oleks selge ülevaade planeeritud töödest ja sellest, millest remondi maksumus koosneb.
